Strategic advisor to the client
I sit with C-level and business owners at both functional and technical depth, translate pain into a strategic bet — project, product, portfolio — and pressure-test market shape: regional vs. global, B2B, B2B2C, or B2C.
Business case & deal owner
I own the executive narrative: proposal, ROI and margin defense, pricing strategy, deal structure, contract close — then convert the win into an external case that compounds pipeline.
Product & portfolio strategist
Target architecture, PRDs and product line decisions. I set the bar for what becomes a reusable product versus a one-off — the call that decides margin, scale and long-term IP.
Program lead & executive sponsor
I lead the program: outcomes, risks, stakeholder ladder from end-user to CIO and board. Present at C-level in three languages when the deal, the escalation or the strategy call for it.
Go-live sponsor
I own the executive risk on cutover — including politically sensitive state-owned environments — and translate operational readiness into board-level confidence.
